Chicken breast meatballs with pineapple and avocado sauce

With warm days came easy and irresistibly delicious recipes. Try a combination of fruits and vegetables that will excite you ;)

Preparation process

1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

2. Chop the chicken in a food processor. Add chopped chicken meat, finely chopped onion, paprika and garlic to the bowl, then add salt and breadcrumbs. Mix everything well with your hands.

3. Divide the mixture into balls of approximately the same size. Wet your hands with water to make patties easier. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

4. Press the balls into the baking paper with the palm of your hand or a spatula to get patties of the desired thickness.

5. Bake them for about 30 minutes or until they become golden-yellow, depending on the power of the oven.

6. While the meatballs are baking, add the ingredients for the sauce to the blender and mix until you get a creamy mixture. Serve the baked patties with sauce, add sliced ​​spring onion, radish, cucumber or salad of your choice.
