This is the whole chicken leg in one piece, thigh and drumstick. They are very soft and juicy pieces of red chicken meat, which are baked crispy on the grill or in the oven. Before cooking, season them or marinate them overnight so that the flavors of the marinade are well absorbed into the meat and give the dish a special touch.
Prepartion hint
Before preparing the chicken thighs, first wash them, then dry them well with a kitchen towel so that they are not wet. Spread them far enough apart in the oven so that they bake well and get a crispy crust.
